Purpose of the service
Dominika Dittwald offers translation, interpretation and linguistic adaptation services for texts, documents, presentations, audiovisual materials and other content provided by the client.
Budgets and contracting
Quotes are prepared individually based on the type of service, volume, complexity, and delivery time. Acceptance of the quote by the client implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Delivery and deadlines
Delivery times will be agreed upon with the client beforehand. Dominika Dittwald undertakes to provide the services within the established timeframes, except in cases of force majeure or delays resulting from incomplete materials or modifications requested by the client.
Confidentiality
All documents, materials, and information provided by the client will be treated confidentially. Reasonable security measures will be implemented to protect data and content against unauthorized access, loss, or improper disclosure.
Intellectual property
The client retains ownership of the original materials provided. Rights relating to translations, performances, or derivative materials will be governed by the specific agreement between the parties and by applicable intellectual property law.
Use of technological tools
Some services may utilize technological and artificial intelligence tools in a transparent, responsible, and professional manner, always maintaining human oversight and guaranteeing data confidentiality and protection. Clients may request general information about the use of these tools and communicate their preferences regarding their use in specific projects.
Limitation of liability
Dominika Dittwald will not be responsible for errors resulting from incomplete, incorrect or ambiguous materials provided by the client, nor for modifications subsequently made by third parties.
Conservation of materials
Materials sent by the client will be kept only for the time necessary for the provision of the service and compliance with legal or administrative obligations, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
Applicable legislation
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable regulations.
